DEALER FINANCIAL SERVICES CC (DFS) IS AN AUTHORISED FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER (FSP 34) PROVIDING MOTOR DEALERSHIPS WITH AN EFFICIENT ECONOMICAL SOLUTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS GIVEN TO DEALERSHIPS BY THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAIS ACT 2002.
Dealerships are appointed as juristic representatives of DFS in terms of the provisions of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS). A mandate (contract) is entered into between DFS and the dealership.
Dealerships appointed as representatives of DFS will be given process and procedures to follow to ensure compliance with the FAIS act, and a qualified representative appointed to handle all financial transactions (F&I Manager)
